Vendor Logistics
Tables and chairs will be provided and electrical will be available through the wall outlets. With the smaller size of this venue, there are no specific rules or additional charges for subcontractors.

Airport and Transportation
The Daytona Beach Airport has multiple daily flights from Atlanta via Delta Airlines and from Charlotte via American Airlines. Avelo and Breeze Airlines both have direct flights from many areas on the East Coast. The hotel is 6 miles from the airport. The hotel will charge a daily parking fee if you rent a car or drive instead of fly.

Set Up and Tear Down
The hotel will accept shipments of items. We will be at the hotel starting on Monday November 10th, so you can set up any time after noon that day. There are no rules on how long you need to be present. I would suggest the entire 3 days due to the combined vendor/speaker area.

Venue
The Rennaissance Daytona Beach Oceanside opened last Fall. It is a 190-room hotel that is on the World-Famous Daytona Beach. All sessions will be held in the ballroom at the hotel. The vendor space will be integrated into the ballroom and foyer area, allowing constant interaction with attendees.

Meals and Social Events
All of the sponsorship levels include a dedicated number of spots for the conference meals. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided to you on all three days of the summit. Meals will be held in the same area of the ballroom to encourage discussions and interaction. There may be some additional group evening social events planned as we get closer.

Networking Spaces
The hotel has a restaurant, an inside and outside bar, and multiple spaces for networking. Next to the ballroom we also have use of several smaller conference rooms if you need a private place for a meeting or phone call.

Scheduled Speakers
The summit will include multiple speakers, with many being third service EMS providers that are also attending. This event is for senior leaders and supervisors for these services.
