Kevin Miller, PhD has more than five years of experience in directing an ambulance service and is the Associate Dean of Health at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, Iowa. He has served in various positions throughout his time: full-time paramedic, assistant director; training officer; director; coordinator; safety chair; Emergency Response Team Chair; and Phi Theta Kappa advisor. He holds an MPA from Bellevue University, an associate’s degree in police science from WITCC, a diploma of Paramedicine from WITCC, Sioux City and a bachelor’s in business from Bellevue University.
